Match formation rules have been changed:
- If there are 12 players in the queue, then the match starts immediately
- If there are 6 or more players in the queue, then the match starts no later than 30 seconds
- If there are 2 or more players in the queue, then the match starts no later than 60 seconds
- If there is 1 player in the queue, then the match starts in 90 seconds
